Let's Find Your Home Sweet Home

I have lived in the Morongo Basin for over thirteen years, in almost every city of the area. This has allowed me to become familiar with the Morongo Basin not only as a Realtor, but also as a resident, and has built my knowledge and experience into something I can use to help you find or sell a home.

As a local resident, I enjoy many of the activities our beautiful desert offers. I love hiking, camping, rock climbing, and take every chance I can to get outdoors. The Joshua Tree National Park is truly wonderful for being active, and a great asset to our area.

Spending time with family and friends is also important to me. My fiancé and I love helping those less fortunate throughout the year, and especially during holidays. A family tradition for us is to assist T.L.C (Tender Loving Christmas) of Yucca Valley, by serving food, delivering food to those who aren’t able to travel, and assisting with various tasks needed by residents of the community.

Experience is important in helping you achieve your goals when buying or selling, and I have the proven experience needed to assist you. From my three years as a Director on the Morongo Basin Board of Realtors, to pricing properties for banks after the recession in 2008, I have learned a tremendous deal about the market, and will use my experience to achieve your goals. This is why I appear yearly on the area list of top producing agents, and why clients who have used me keep coming back or referring family and friends when they are ready to buy or sell their homes.

In the company for which I work, Cherie Miller and Associates, my experience is utilized to train new agents, and to teach a monthly class at our offices. Serving as the manager of two of our offices allows me to see and help with many different types of transactions, and has helped to further build on what I have learned.

Before starting real estate, I worked in advertising and marketing, and also production at radio and tv stations. I draw upon my background in those areas to help when selling homes, and have put together a marketing pack that will assist in selling your home.

I guarantee that if you select me to assist you with your real estate needs, you will not be disappointed. I am always available to speak with you by phone, personally meet with you, show you the hottest deals that just hit the market, or assist you in any other way that I can, no matter the time of day. I am often in the office until late hours, and love to show properties and meet with clients any day of the week.

“I cannot say enough good things about Paul Karr. Throughout the entire process Paul went above and beyond to make sure my experience buying a home in Joshua Tree was satisfying and stress-free. He answered all of my questions and was always friendly and sincere. Paul possesses honesty, integrity and knowledge and is very communicative and attentive. His character and personality are notable and he was a pleasure to work with on all counts. One specific thing I have to mention is that I never felt like Paul was trying to get me to buy a more expensive house, but rather that his primary goal was to get me into the RIGHT house that was best for me. In fact, Paul more than once talked me out of a house that he felt was overpriced even though I could have afforded it: Super impressive, Paul. He truly went out of his way, even showing me homes on his birthday and additionally on a holiday, when I drove in from Los Angeles for the day on two separate occasions. Superb. Paul loves what he does and it shows. Paul Karr is a stellar person and agent. He is totally golden and I passionately recommend him. I feel super lucky and blessed to have had the opportunity to work with him and will not hesitate to work with him again or to refer him to friends. At this point I consider him a friend.
